extra time at work

I did these marker/art stix drawings in between paid drawings at the zoo. Its nice to do these after drawing the 20th 5 yr old girl. They took about 10-15 mins each. I know the updates have been slow. I should have some digital pieces I'm working on up soon. And when school starts mid-August I'll have crazy work up.

I put this guy together for my mom a couple of weeks ago for Mother's Day. I'm happy with the drawing and I used it (among others) to get a job doing caricatures at the Detroit Zoo, but I'm not too sure about the likeness. I think now that I've got a few gigs under my belt I understand likeness a little more, and I'd like to do some more rendered drawings/caricatures. I'm thinking 0f doing a digital of this one though, for some practice....

Junior 1st semester CA characters

This is my plan....
To design some characters I'm happy with to use to animate. Next I need to get ONE approved by a junior year computer animation teacher. Then I'll really develop the charcater, do a turn-a-round, etc. Finally, I hope to finish modeling by the end of the summer so I can have some time to breathe when I get back to classes in August. I'd really appreciate some feedback, especially which character has the most potential. Thanks

This is it. A forum for art and creativity. I hope this can be a place for all artists to not only view my work, but bring there work to as well. So please leave any comments that may come to mind when viewing my work. Without all of your help I wouldn't be where I am today.
