So my adventure is nearly over with this model. It's about 90% done. The shoe's textures are giving me probems when smoothed, the eye shader is funky, and the skin needs to be more "pale skin tone" than grey but I'm fairly happy with it. I drew up the concept for this guy about 3 months ago and actually made a maquette so this is probably the most in depth I've went in this project. If you will my intent is a "Ecko meets Mulan" style. Mulecko if you will. I'll post a version with some actual emotion in a second...haha

Cool, Francis! He looks like he's going to be really fun to animate. Only crit is what you already mentioned about the skin color - he's looking a little ghost-ish.
