Russian Art!!!

As you may or may not know, I'm a huge fan of (19th and 20th century realist) Russian art. The facility and power of the artwork blows my mind, so you can imagine how pumped I am to have found this blog:

A must look! Some mind blowing work. But that should be obvious after looking at these previews!!!

take care,

Here's the pen I use. Easy to find at japanese stationary shops here in S.F. but I'm not sure about other places. http://www.wetpaintart.com/closeup.asp?cid=278&pid=60001&offset=0

Love Russian art! I studied for 10 weeks with a Russian artist at LAAFA, Vadim Zanginian.

Hi Francis!
Thanks for visiting my blog. You're absolutely right about Russian painters. Some while ago I 'discovered' Ilya Repin, and was blown away. I have to research some more into other Russian painters, and your info surely helps.
Cheers,
Arco
